Select channels and scope
Identify official APIs or authorized data sources for the store, marketplace and ERP.
This tour explains the workflow through actual product screens; it does not execute live operations. Integration and automation scope is validated during implementation.
What to know before your evaluation
Define your requirements and ask the right questions during a demonstration.
Where should ERP and e-commerce integration start?
First identify the authoritative system for products, stock, prices and customer data. Check product codes, variants, tax, currency and warehouse mappings using sample records. Do not assume compatibility before validating API access for the ERP and sales channel.
Which errors matter in stock synchronization?
Assess duplicate records, variant mismatches, negative stock, reservations and simultaneous orders. Retrying a failed transfer must not create the same order twice. Compare source and destination counts and error records during acceptance testing.
Which marketplaces and ERP products can be connected?
Support depends on the vendor’s official API, account permissions and the connection available in the deployment. Share the product version and required operations before a demonstration. This page does not establish ready, validated connectors for every ERP or marketplace.
