Document Management System and Digital Archive
Connect the entire document lifecycle, from folders and content search to scanning and signing. Reach the right version with the right permissions and the context of the work it supports.
From paper record to searchable document

This tour explains the workflow through actual product screens; it does not execute live operations. Integration and automation scope is validated during implementation.
What to know before your evaluation
Define your requirements and ask the right questions during a demonstration.
How does document management differ from a shared network folder?
A shared folder provides file access. Document management also addresses versions, metadata, access scope and the work associated with a file. Assess who can find and use the correct version, beyond where files are stored.
What is needed to search scanned documents?
OCR results depend on scan quality, language, page orientation and layout. Evaluate text extraction and search using representative documents during implementation. Do not assume reliable recognition of handwriting or damaged scans.
Can we retain our existing folder structure?
Plan migration around existing folders, permissions, document types and versioning requirements. Validate location and access mappings on a limited document set before defining a wider migration scope.
